Even though the lighting was poor and the sound system could have been upgraded, Dan Brown Jr. and his band rocked the stage hard. The songs they played were on their newest album in the works, and each sounded fantastic; the rhythm itself will get you involuntarily moving some part of your body to the beat and the guitar solos will blow you away. Some guitar solos drone on and can hurt the ears after a while if played poorly – Dan Brown Jr. has got it down to a science! Perfected to a ‘t’, you will hear some amazing sounds that will leaving your ears pleasantly buzzing later. All three band members formed a perfect unison in their songs bringing some of the best beats I’ve heard yet locally; this could easily be a band that you will see in much brighter lights and bigger venues down the road!
