Built atop the St. Louis River front, this casino is more interesting on the outside than within its walls. Unfortunately since the Lumiere Place purchased it, it appears that they put all the bad games in this vessel. They also left about 5 tables – not much to work with. There is no longer an upstairs for the average gambler; it has become a very pathetic VIP lounge. When I say pathetic I mean that it is some old chairs and cafeteria tables with about 10 slots roped off. You’d feel more like VIP gambling on the first floor. After a few minutes, you’ll want to leave and walk up the hill to Lumiere Place – I guess that’s how they want it.
