Cicero's is a restaurant with a pool table, a few video arcade games and a room designed solely for concerts. The food is good and decently priced, alcohol costs are about average, and cover charge is only applied if you wish to enter the concert room. Cover charge varies per group, as well does the music variety - from more mellow (think Sublime) to more headbanging (think Children of Bodom). The concert room is fairly small with limited seating but it does include a bar and an awesome sound system.
