I was at the location on Manchester road on Thursday of this past week. I should have known better to order something other than pasta or pizza but was interested in a new menu item, the salmon salad. It sounded like it would be good so I went for it. The presentation was interesting but the fish was under cooked. I sent it back to be cooked more. The return item had been microwaved to rubber. I pointed this out tot he server who put in an order for another. The next one cam out completely raw. I worked in the biz for 12 years and thought, you have got to be kidding. The manager came over and made me feel as if it was my fault his kitchen could not cook the menu items well. I left hungry and disgusted and will not be going back there again. It's to bad the location is nice the building and decor is pleasant the service seems nice. It's just the mangager and kitchen that seem inept.
