Boxing Gym, The

To be perfectly honest when I first discovered the boxing gym I thought it was going to be like an areobic class. But by my second day I already went three times and thats when I realized it was much more. Quickly I changed my mind after the first class last week with Kevin he lead us to an extreme attack on the body. This is something alot of people will never attempt and now I know why! Today I had my first class with Maurice and I learned to absorb a blow to the body along with about 30 things I never knew. Admittedly, his determination has no limits it's only a matter of time before he'll be a house known name.

I very rarely get excited about signing up with a regular gym. Here I've had the same experience each and every time. I think of it as locating a new stl landmark,except it's in Arnold. I hope they stay in business a long time, and I challenge any one who has or hasnt took any type of boxing, mma, or body building. I could type untill I ran out of space but unless your serious about feeling good and not pressured to lose weight plus learning how to fight if it's necessary don't come.
